Carfar Technology develops the MES system independently, implements the monitoring of the whole production process and traceability system management, uses the REP/PLM system, establishes a product and parts database, and fully connects with the MES system. The controller workshop adopts fully automatic all-in-one selective wave soldering, 100% high temperature with load aging. The assembly workshop is equipped with a positive pressure-grade thermostatic system, and the whole process is online traced back. The test center has passed the CNAS certification and the low-temperature heat pump technology center for new energy vehicles in Jiangsu Province.
